Not necessarily. Running a search for the folder naem may actually bring up more than one of them. A better method would be to search for "sysmgr.dll" (no quotes) and, if found, see where it resides. It may be set as a hidden file, so you'll want to select Advanced Options and make sure the search is set to search system folders, hidden files & folders and also subfolders.
