I'm pretty sure you can see if its an extension causing the problem by running the Safe Mode icon in the Mozilla FireFox folder in the Start Menu. By default, none are blocked (unless modified by an extension, of course). It would only come into play if you or an extension had made any changes to how cookies are handled in the past. To check, go to Tools > Options > Privacy and see how cookie handling is set up. By default, both options are checks and they are kept until they expire. Click on the Exceptions button and you may see a long list of domains that are either blocked or allowed. If such a list exists, scroll through and see if MySpace or the domain serving the app you're trying to use are listed. Those two, of course, should be allowed. I'm still thinking it's something else, but I can't put a finger on what it might be without taking a stroll through your extension list and Firefox options for myself.
