Probably pirated software... as I don't know anyway of them being able to
provide a unique license for that money. If you wanna give it a shot, I
would just make sure you can order via credit card, so you can easily cancel
the transaction if it were bogus. If they only accept PayPal and/or
checks/money orders, I'd say skip it.
