To free up space and clean out OE all you need to do is compact the folders.
If you delete any dbx file you delete ALL email inside it. IF you do not
delete the folder associated with it then OE will create a new dbx file with
the same name.
Anyone that has deleted a dbx file and now can't find their mail should look
in their recycle bin and restore the deleted file.
