Subject: Need Help Please

I have joined this list because I need some help please. I am very dumb
when it comes to computers. My son bought me a new one for Christmas so =
I
am only just about finding my way around it. I appear to have something =
on
here that shouldn't be and can't get rid of it. I have run virus check =
and
spybot programmes but it's still there. There are two web sites that =
keep
popping up. One is an iq test and the url is
(http://www.personaltest.co.uk/?ref=3D9999&blur=3Dyes) and the other is =
a bit
like the msn page but it has erotic pics on it as well - the url is
http://www.cybertrigger.co.uk/?ref=3D9999&sw=3Dfree&id=3D1843009 I =
don't know how
these got on my computer but I can't get rid of them. They have put =
buttons
on the top of outlook express and they also have some things in my =
documents
which I can't delete. Does anyone have any idea of how I might get rid =
of
them please?

Thank you
Derryl
