Thank you for remembering and for asking!  She went back to school last 
Thursday and the doctor is doing daily "finger pokes" to check those blood 
platelets.  They were steadily rising last I talked to the kids.  Doctor 
diagnosed ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura).  It is a bleeding disorder 
caused when the body's defense (immune)  system mounts an attack and 
destroys healthy blood platelets thinking they are disease-causing agents.
I am much better too!!  :-)
