when i had nortons, i had to go into the registery and take out za. go on
nortons web site and they tell you how to do it. i dont have nortons now, they
took my money and i couldnt update it without buying the firewall at 50. so i
have eztrust now....

Since you have paid for the Zone Alarm Pro version I would suggest you
contact Zone Labs customer service about your problems with the product you
paid for. I believe I read on the posts that you are using the Pro version.
If not perhaps try the user forum for Zone Alarm.
