I viewed the details. On both the Comic Sans MS the 2 have font names that
are identical and each have (True Type) after the font names. The file
names are the same except that one is all caps and the other is all small
caps. Size is the same. Same for Comic Cans MSBold.
The Georgia fonts had the same font name except the first one did not have
(True Type) as a part of the font name. File name was the same except one
had a capital G and the other started with a small g. File names were like
this: Georgia.TTF and then georgia.TTF Again they were the same size.
Now maybe this is irrelevant? When I copied them over to the folder in My
Documents (and thank you for the tip on using Ctrl to get them all at once)
I selected all even though they appeared to be the same. When it
came to Comic Sans MS it would say it is already there do you want to
replace it and I said no. Same deal when it came to Georgia and its
variants. It just seems safer to me to leave the duplicates alone since
there are some minor differences in the details.
Let me know if I need to do anything different with those duplicates.
