All site passwords and usernames are stored in a single file (signonsx.txt,
where 'x' is the major version number, 2.x, 3.x, etc. of Firefox) within the
Firefox profile. That's found in

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default

Once you uninstall Firefox:
To remove all login info, just delete this file. To remove all traces of
your activity, including your installed extensions, delete the entire
folder. You can then reinstall Firefox and you will be greeted by a new
profile with no prior knowledge of your previous use.

Peace,
Gman
