-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Firefox, java,binary files???

I did not describe this very well. I should have said I used CAD to shut
down and restart my computer. There was nothing showing to use "end task".
I do not get a java error.
The java error is with another problem that I plan to bring up once this
one is resolved. The java error comes up when I try to run what is called a
Wonder Screen that I found and installed from www.thundercloud.net The
Wonder Screens are kind of hard to find but are listed in the left column of
one of the main menus. I found it in 1999 and ran it on Windows 98. It is
kind of like wallpaper except it is active with falling snow and a scrolling
"Happy Holidays" or as in the year 2000 it was "Happy New Millennium". I
have not been able to use it for several years but I keep trying!
And to answer your question as to when do I get the java error, it is when I
go to properties and click on Winter Bridge (the wonder screen). A white
screen comes up and the music plays. A java error appears at that time and
says click for details. The details don't mean a thing to me but probably
would to some of you.
