That's the type. Do you know the brand? It would be like Maxtor, Western =
Digital, Seagate, Hitachi, etc. You can sometimes see the brand by going =
to CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > HARDWARE tab > DEVICE MANAGER > look for =
DISK DRIVES and click on the plus (+) sign for a more detailed listing =
what drives you have. Now you should see all the physical drives on your =
system. If it doesn't say a brand, as most times it won't, there could =
be other indications. Western Digital drives usually start out with =
"WDC" and Maxtor drives usually outright say "MAXTOR". Can you tell me =
what yours show? Or what brand we're working on?
