This may not be of much help.
Is there a number (web site or in the instructions) that you can call for
help.
Nothing, I would serious consider returning it and getting another product.
I am going through such aggravation with Norton's, online help (which is
email only unless you want to pay $30 flat fee or $2.95/minute) is a big
consideration in anything I get from now on.
Life is what happens in between plans.
