Hey,
I have now bought a new Firewire card, since the other one possibly could be
too old for my Home XP computer. Now I have the Tekram TR-1394W PCI card.
But, that didnt solve much, as the situation is still:
* When physically installing the card, the computer recognise new hardware
* There's a yellow explamation mark in the Decive Manager for the FW card
* Installation guide says drivers are supposed to be on the WinXP CD, but it
cant be found by the driver installation wizard
* It connects to the internet to try and download something, to no avail
* I cant find any FW drivers from the manufacturer's website
* Windows Update do not find that I am missing a FW driver
Are there any standard 1394 drivers I can install to override current
drivers, which do not work? If so, where can I find them?
Thanks,
Glenn
