It depends on the version of FileMaker.

".fp3" - FileMaker Pro 3.0 and earlier
".fp4" - FileMaker Pro 4.0
".fp5" - FileMaker Pro 5.0 and later
".flt" - FileMaker Filter
".fm" - FileMaker Pro spreadsheet
".fmp" - FileMaker Pro document

Latest version is 7, I think.
