People in offices do not always know everything they should. Look for a
phone company truck in your neighborhood and ask the tech actually do the
work.
Anybody on Brighthouse networks? Want HD service? Did customer service say
they do not have a standard HD box with a working HDMI cable port? They
lied. The Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4250HDC works just fine with an HDMI
cable. Why did they tell you they don't have one? They want you to pay
extra to get the DVR box that also works OK with an HDMI cable.
