For me Windows search is not consistently reliable; hence, when I don't find 
something, I don't conclude that it does not exist.  However, your experience 
might differ.  Let's use a different approach.

1. Download the zip file
2. Extract the downloaded zip file
3. Double-click Setup.exe (found in the folder to which you extracted the
   file)
4. Right-click Start
5. Click Explore
6. In the left pane click the C drive
Note: Now you should find db9_prof_free.msi in the right pane
8. Double-click db9_prof_free.msi and follow direction

If this doesn't, let me know which step is not doable.
