I don't think ME is able to see it.  I installed a second hard drive in my 
computer and put Windows XP on it.  The original hard drive has Windows ME 
on it.  The XP drive can see the ME one and everything on it.  BUT, the ME 
drive can't see the new XP one at all.  XP is set up to network and ME is 
not.
