did you run any spyware, and use an AVG...,might try using Panda Online scan as 
well.  IF you have the capability try reinstalling your version of 
win?...That's what i used to do when I got thing like that, I had a copy in 
cabs in Win folder when i ran 98..have never found it in xp.

Thanks, milady. That dll seems to be all over the place. I would think 
that other
parts of my error message are more important to my problem.  I hope someone
can help me with this. The Explorer problem has been occuring for quite 
some time.
So I repeat: It's driving me crazy!
