now - chocolate works for me - a hormonally challenged woman! 
but I'm not so sure how it works for men!! But give it a try!! if you 
can get it out of my hands!! I'm sitting here freezing with 30 some degree 
temperatures 
this early in the fall - and needing my chocolate fix!!!
