I use the schedule at Titan TV. I use it all the time... I originally got
the link because I have a TV card... but it is not required... and it is
free.

I use the TV guide at Yahoo.com. It is fairly accurate although some of the
time slots are a bit different than actual time of viewing. But then...so
are some of those in our local newspaper; it is close enough for me.
