I clean mine out every couple of days. I get a lot of mail from some 
of the groups that I am in and that folder gets very crammed. I've 
been using it for a long time too. I have always liked it. I 
contacted their tech support and even posted to the forums, but I 
haven't gotten a response yet.  Thanks for responding.
