Hi Greywoulf,
    Not only must the voltage match up, you also have to use one that pumps 
the same amount of current.  In other words, don't use one rated at 5VDC @ 
800mA on a device looking for 5VDC @ 1.5A.  Every power transformer will 
have both pieces of info together on it somewhere.
