I think TOM may be right that the phone co. hasn't got it set up yet, We did 
just get DSL in this town. I will ask of the call back tomorrow. The same lade 
that said she could out told me it hadn't been activated yet but one yesterday 
logged into my name, that could mean that Earthlink is ready but the phone co. 
isn't. Nite nite.

  Not the tech you get on the phone. There are techs who do NOTHING but call
  back ppl. Those are level 2 and they keep working with you until it is
  fixed. Next time you call ask them for a call back from the "specialist" .
