That is for the dial up. When I tried to install the Earthlink software from 
the disk It wouldn't start, said couldn't find the OLEACC.DLL I got it 
installed some way and can't remember how, I tried to reinstall I got the same 
thing. I went to download it from the site and it only downloaded 418KB and the 
site said the download is 4. something MB. Could that be what is wrong?
