Hello Judy,
Tried both your posts & still no explorer.  There is one 
tiny change.
Before the browser flashed on & then off in a split 
second.  Now the frame
of the restored down browser remains only showing the 
address bar.  I can
type an address in but it goes nowhere.
Any other thoughts?
