Here's WOT's take on the program they're suggesting.

This implies that the reviews at the bottom of the original link are bogus 
since none of them mention that it asks for money before it'll fix anything. 
It also suggests that either this Tony Kwon is not really a MS Tech Support 
guy or they're just using his image as part of the ad.

So again, do NOT run this program!!         :)
