Jan,
    I see that the instructions for using it, once it's installed, have 
already been provided.  So, let's focus on getting it installed.      :O)

    You've already unzipped it and that's the hard part.  Next, go into that 
unzipped folder and locate the "tweakui.inf" file.  Right click onit and 
select Install from the context menu.  A window will open and close rather 
quickly and should be ignored.  That's the installer copying the other 3 
files to their proper locations.  A Help window may also open.  If so, go 
ahead and read up on this little gem.  Once you're done, close the help 
window and then go into Control Panel.  Here you will find a new applet 
called, oddly enough, "TweakUI".  Double click on it to open it up and then 
follow the directions already given in the earlier posts.  Enjoy.
