With tweakUI, you can password your account and tell tweak UI to auto login
to that account upon boot.

Thanks for your quick reply about getting TweakUI...I just down loaded it. 
I read the help file but didn't find anything specific about disabling 
Windows Log On.

The only thing I find listed in my programs is TweakNow Reg clean.

Can you tell me what I should do next?

Jan, do you have TweakUI installed?  It's one of several Microsoft Powertoys
(free addons created by MS engineers that do not come with MS support).
