components are propriatized by these two dealers ?

Now that`s an interesting question ... I had`nt thought about this particular 
issue .
I will say that so far I am very happy with my Dell Dimension 2400 .

I bought this particular PC because of the price factor .

No DVD drive I added my own external USB drive ... $57.00 delivered to my door .

No Floppy drive I added my own USB external ... $27.00 delivered to my door .

Ordered a 512 Meg RAM strip from a premiem source $29.00 delivered to my door .

No speaker`s ... I used a pair that I had on hand .

These thing`s alone saved me approximately $165.00 .

Total cost of my PC delivered to my door with Monitor, keyboard, and mouse ... 
$497.06 .

This included a two year extended warrenty .

So far Dell has replaced the 80 Gig hard drive at no charge ... I saved 
approximately $75.00 .

Sooo ... so far ... I have been treated very well by them .

Customer service is rapid and very satisfactory .
