Don is correct about ESC when changes have already been made, but that's not 
what I was suggesting and I'm afraid of this confusing David before he even 
starts.  Here is the short version of the directions that led to the ESC 
statement you quoted.

    Arrow your way to a setting and press Enter to open the options menu for 
that setting.
    Arrow up/down to select a different option.
    Press ESC to close the options menu without recording that different 
option.

In this case, ESC will not record the change.  To actually record the 
change, you would have to press Enter instead of ESC.           :O)
