Sue,
The Logitech appears to be an MX-400 Performance Laser Mouse. Go to the
link below and select the "SetPoint 32-bit" line in the 3rd drop down box.
I had already selected the first two, but if they reset by the time you get
there, the top one should be "Windows Vista" and the 2nd one should be
"SetPoint 4.60". You will then be able to set the last one and download the
drivers & software for the Logitech mouse. When you're ready to install the
drivers, be sure that you connect the Logitech mouse to the computer first.

I still have yet to locate drivers for the Dell, but that may have to
wait until after a passing storm.
