Brenda...here's what I would do if I were you.
Download this Klez removal tool from Norton's site and run it...if you
do have the Klez virus (which sounds likely), then this will remove it

Then, from this same webpage, click on the link on the left that says
"downloads"....then click on the link that says virus definition
updates....download the latest definition files for Norton....then scan
your whole computer again and be sure it's clean
Then send an email to everyone in your address book and send them the
link above and tell them to run this tool also
