LOL well - drat! sort of!
my cookies are there! I deleted a bunch of files - used the shift key for most
of them, but must have missed using it on one folder - so now there are other
files besides the cookies in there - to filter thru, if I would need to recover
any!
I'm avoiding using my clean up program right now because it will delete them.
And I noticed - I opened the recycling bin to look. I put on norton utilities -
so it has some recycling bin protection built in. Not sure what all that
entails!

IF you're deleting them by just hitting delete while highlighting them from the
COOKIES directory, they'll go to the Recycle Bin (unless you have the Recycle
Bin disabled). But, if you're using a third-party app to clean out the cookies,
it depends on the app.
