-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Danny Re: Interesting Phenomenom

There is potassium in lots of other veggies & fruits. most people find it easy
to eat a banana. People that are on certain meds need more potassium. The only
problem someone may have with bananas is that they can be constipating, causing
a different head ache all together..
But if it works for you & no side effects, go for it !
the body is complex & need many nutrients & much of todays food doesn't have
the amount of nutrients in them they did 100 years . the land has been farmed
out of a lot of natural nutrients & a lot of the good top soil is blow away
from the earths surface. so supplements in the right quantity & made sure that
they cause no other problems can be very helpful.
if you have any allergies you should esp read the labels for what the
supplement is made from.
just my .02 worth ~~
I have not been lucky to find a food or supplement that helped my migraines :(

I was told lack of potassium was the main cause of head aches. I love
bananas and eat half a dozen of them a day sometimes and never get head
aches....... could this maybe be true? also just a note on this thread, I
have taken supplements from a company called Pharmanex for several years and
they are by far the best I ever found. I became a distributor just to get
them whole sale so I could afford more of what they sell. hope this might
help.....
