You still having problems with the DVD-RW's? If the box to not erase
rewritable discs is not checked, I don't know what to tell you. I don't use
the rewritable discs myself. Have you posted your problem to the DVD Flick
forum?

Hi,
Does anyone have a clue why my DVD-RW is not finalizing all the way with DVD
flick free program?
I thought it was the DVD's but I was able to get one to work correctly after
only using my DVD-R's. It goes throught the encoding, combining files,
authoring, and then at the finalizing stage, a new window pops up to make an
image of sorts. About this time, it also says it is erasing the disc and
shows the percentage up to 100, then just says erasing. It also says
"ready". There are two sindows going on. At some point the light and noise
are off in the slot where my DVD-RW disc is like there is nothing going on
but it still says finalizing..The window underneath says finalizing, I see
light on where my disc is in the slot and hear noise like it is doing
something.
I tried using this program with a DVD-RW twice before, the first time,
failure, the second time, I let it go a bit longer and it worked other than
that do not know what I did different to make it work but I left this one
for like 3 hours and the movie file was not that much bigger than the other
one I had made that took about an hour.
