top all of the info you need.

It supports up to 4GB of Dual Channel DDR 400 MHz (PC3200) and 333 MHz 
(PC2700).  It's always best to go with the top speed when choosing memory, 
so the focus is then on the 400 MHz (PC3200) rating.  The Dual Channel part 
is why it's important to buy in matched pairs and it's always important to 
try and use the same make/model when mixing sticks or sets.
