PS:
If when you are done cleaning and on a fresh reboot with out opening but
Windows Explorer to chck the following and you discover that:
Your hostory Folder contains 1 folder (History.IE5) and one file (Index.dat)
and is a total of 16 KB
and
Your Temporary Internet Files Folder contains 1 file (Content.IE5) and 1 file
(Index.dat) and is a total of 32KB
and
Your Cookies Folder contains 0 Folders and 1 file (Index.dat) and is a total
of 16 KB
You will know that those files have been purged, again if yo do not rewrite
them that information may still be retrieveable by someone who knows what he is
doing plane deleation does not destroy them.

If one deletes the History folder, Tempary Internet Files Folder and Cookies
Folder they will rewrite themselves at start-up. However thsea folders hold dat
files that must be deleted after windows shuts down and before windows starts
up as these files are protected while windows is in use. A simple registery
entry will do that for you. If you are looking to just delete files any
"layman" can see windows can do that for you but it will not destroy them. if
you are looking to completely destroy all "evidence" you will need to rewrite
and deleted files. Or there are MANY free programs out there that will do that
for you such as Steve Gould's CleanUP located at
