What specifically did you search for?  Was it a security app scan, a regular 
Explorer search, a peek at your temp folder contents, etc.?

The DBX file belongs to Outlook Express and those are not directly 
associated with it in a way that you can just double click on one and have 
it open in OE.  Instead, they are accessed from within OE.  Take a look at 
the full name of the dbx file, remove the .dbx part and you should be left 
with the name of one of your OE folders.  Any further comment from me on 
this will depend on exactly where you found it.        :)
