Hello again Roger,
    I just flew over to this post from your other post and man, are my arms 
tired! (sorry)

    To take a screenshot without the aid of fancy utilities, just hold down 
the ALT key while you press PRT SCR once.  That places a screenshot of the 
uppermost item or window into your clipboard.  Next, open up Paint (Start > 
All Programs > Accessories > Paint) and go to Edit > Paste.  You should 
immediately see the screenshot appear in the main Paint window.  Finally, go 
to File > Save As, give the screenshot a useful name, select JPEG from the 
bottom drop down box, direct the window to wherever you wish to save the 
file and then click OK.  That's all there is to it.

    I must await the arrival of your screenshot before I can add any 
additional intelligent banter on the subject.          :O)
