The problem was the screen that comes up during boot up where I had to 
choose my user name to finish loading when I was the only user anyway. 
You told me the problem might be .Net and when I removed it, the problem 
was solved. I thought this might be what she was referring to since I 
think she said "click on my name" and didn't mention a password. I may 
have misunderstood.
