Hi Again Don,
It is the Files Folder.DBX that keeps giving the error message. I would
compact The
Files Folder.DBX separately If I could find it in OE. I wouldn't know how to
do in safe mode.
Any suggestions?

There may be a piece of malware trying to access here email folders to
harvest email addresses. Have her run scans with Ad-A-Aware and Spybot and
also run a scan with her Anti-virus program.
If that doesn't fix it, she shouyld try booting to safe mode and try to
compact there.
