Terry,
    IIS is actually included with Windows as an option, so it won't show up 
in Add/Remove Program's usual "Change or Remove Programs" area (the one that 
shows when you first open the applet).  Instead, click on the left side 
button that says "Add/Remove Windows Components".  When a separate Wizard 
window opens, look through the list for "Internet Information Services 
(IIS)".  Assuming it's already checked, uncheck it to remove it from your 
system.

    I sent the HJT file last night before heading to bed and I haven't 
received anything back saying it was rejected.  That makes me wonder if it 
was flagged as junkmail and sent to your Spam folder, either in the email 
program you use or at Earthlink's webmail.  If you can't find it in those 
places, let e know and I'll just have you download it directly from me 
through my own server (which I probably should have done in the first place 
lol).
