That's exactly right.  It appears that MS IIS is installed for some reason. 
If it's not being used, I'm inclined to remove it to prevent any further 
problems.  However, IIS is not exactly the cleanest app in the world and 
there are a LOT of issues with malware using it to get into a system.  I'm 
looking to focus first on any nasties that have made their way through and 
then discuss the future of IIS on her system.
