It sure is.  I've had a look at the hosts file and it's full of Spybot S&D 
entries, which is a good thing.  There's nothing in here that would prevent 
access to the legitimate sites you've mentioned, so we're definitely dealing 
with something stronger than a few bad hosts entries.  I sent you the latest 
HijackThis.  When you get it, uncompress the file into its own folder and 
install it from there.  Then, run the app and send me a Paste of the entire 
log file contents.  You can close the app once you've sent the email.  I may 
have you re-run it after I've had a chance to look it over, assuming I find 
something that needs to be dealt with.
