I noticed the image of the error I sent previously didn't work.

The error I get everytime I try to print from OE and IE is this:

    Internet Explorer Script Error
    Line: 1344
    Char: 1
    Error: Access is denied
    Code: 0
    URL: res://C:|Windows\System\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I sure hope someone can help me, thanks again
