Jan, I wish I could help but it sounds like you have tried everything I 
would have tried.  What spyware removal programs did you use?  I have the 
free ones--Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy.  Maybe if you try a 
different one from what you have used.  What did you put in Google for your 
search? I have heard that Spy Blaster is good but I think it has to be 
purchased.  Still it might allow a 30 day trial.
