when you did it - did it ever take for you? or were you like me and the

I had to do that safe mode thing - putting it in 1st to dllcache and then
the
system32 file

Pat, well I did the .dll thing just like you told me, it was the same thing
Cris had me do before, and it still doesn't work.  And I see here comes
another automatic update!  Maybe this one will fix it?!  Guess there's
nothing else to try, will live without it.  Thanks for your help tho. ~Glo

What about using system restore to solve this problem?  Would that work?
