yes, I realize that! and - all you need to do in some cases,
is to open the e-mail, and it verifies your address is
legit. I never, ever open them. I used to use Mail Washer,
and spam didn't even get into my mail- onto my computer. Now
I use Norton's spam filter (which, I'm not crazy about) and
the mail comes in. It mainly goes into the spam folder tho -
and I just delete it all, sight unseen.

Hi Cris,
There is much more to this type of scam than you think:
You know all those ads [Not E-mails from places like
"Freelists.org" or
"Yahoogroups.com", etc.]
but the ones that are ads from E-addresses you never signed
up for anything
from? --
They tell you to
"click at the bottom so they will not send you any
more mail like this
one."
That's a scam -- they're just checking to see if you open
their ads and if
you click as they request, you'll get even more Spam, and
not be unsubscribing
-- so if they ask you to click to be deleted from their
mailing list, DON'T --
just delete the mail. If you have AOL -- report it as Spam.
