Hi Cris,
There is much more to this type of scam than you think:
You know all those ads [Not E-mails from places like "Freelists.org" or 
"Yahoogroups.com", etc.] 
but the ones that are ads from E-addresses you never signed up for anything 
from? -- 
They tell you to 
       "click at the bottom so they will not send you any more mail like this 
one."
That's a scam -- they're just checking to see if you open their ads and if 
you click as they request, you'll get even more Spam, and not be unsubscribing 
-- so if they ask you to click to be deleted from their mailing list, DON'T -- 
just delete the mail.  If you have AOL -- report it as Spam.
