Sounds to me like you got too many things running in the background, and
consistent 100% sounds like they're running from startup. What I would do is
shut down as many programs as possible that are running in the background if
you got to Windows task manager I'm sure you know where the startup tab is
uncheck them all and recheck the ones that come up later as being needed.
